There's something uniquely wonderful about growing plants. I had a little outdoor garden in this apartment... I'll miss my balcony but I'm determined to grow as many lovely little plants as possible in my new place!
You know something that's fun that's really easy to grow inside? String beans. They're so delicious right off the plant and you'd have to try to kill them. They can grow to be moderately tall though (enough that you might need to prop them up with a small stick ~ 30 cm) so I'm not sure how much room you actually have.
