I admit that the latent girly-girl in me has always been fascinated by ornamental stuff, so I'd love to hear (or maybe even see?) of your ongoing progress with those hairsticks.

And good luck with the pants. Not sure about juniors, but with women's sizes, the waists seem to be on the rise--with a vengeance. I'm a fan of not having to worry about showing your delicates when you bend over, but it's kind of weird to wear a pair of pants that feels like an empire-waisted dress, instead. Maybe in another ten years, designers will realize there's a nice middle ground between the two extremes. (Doubtful, but I have to have SOME shred of hope.)
