All good things!

My adviser is in fact amazing, and I sometimes forget that when shit goes crazy. I told him about my hard time with my Aerodynamics prof, and he basically told me to come see him if he gives me crap. Which is awesome. Semester has VASTLY changed from my plan, but I'll do what he says. Cause he's cool.

And apparently the client liked my module, so they didn't have to call me for the phone conference (I kind of hoped they would, though, there's something strangely important by getting called on your cell phone to be in a teleconference). I'm very relieved that I don't have to change anything and that what I did fit so well to what was needed. That sounds really braggy. XD I... I was really stressed out about it, suffice to say. Especially considering I wasn't there today at all.

I also put together some packages I'm going to send. Which is great. I love sending things. XD I just need to get to the post office. Will happen sometime.

Kind of tired, so have some links!

+ One man's rant against grammar. It's kind of fabulous. Audio!

+ Technology: Evolution of Robots. But not like you think. Video!

+ Being scavengers in the city. This totally reminded me a little of you, [livejournal.com profile] ambienteye, I won't lie.

+ And today's beautiful thing, because I found it entertaining as well.

Ohoho, I actually just listened to the Stephen Fry rant against grammar today while I was working out. XD I still have about 6 minutes to go, though.

Good to hear that your school things are working out, and congrats on the client liking your module!

Haha, awesome. I wanna be that lady when I get old. I wish I knew more about wild plants.

I know some guerrilla gardeners around a few cities --when we lived in Madison, we'd stumble across squash patches near railroad tracks and in abandoned lots.

I think that's kind of awesome. I love gardening, though lately since I've been renting and otherwise not having any land of my own I've been doing a lot of stuff in planters.

Still, fun times.

I love audiocasts now. They entertain me during my walks to classes and stuff, sometimes while I'm working too. XD

I just discovered them a couple of weeks ago, even though I've had an iPod for over a year. XD
I've been using some to learn more Japanese. It's fun!
