There were some really lovely lines in this. When you write tongue-in-cheek, I can't help but laugh.
"My word, Miss Crescent, your stunning analysis just shook the very foundations I'd built my life upon. Whatever will I do now." - was so amazingly sarcastic that I laughed right out loud (loud enough to make my housemate start XD).
I felt really sad for Iffy, really. Vincent's look of guilt was glorious. 'Materia reanimation of dead cells' had an eerie bit of foreshadowing attached to it. Cleverly placed.
Really, it was just awesome-fun. Your Lu is certainly not a run of the mill one.
