Yuletide Letter
Hey there! If you can't tell, I kind of like videogames.
In general, I would request no porn please. Mentions of sex, and even some non-graphic sex is alright, but I just feel kind of weird getting explicit things written by a stranger. XD However, anything else relations-wise is fair game; and really I quite adore relationships and characters. I like plot that reveals character or has some great shenanigans.
I'm sure that you're a lovely writer, though, and will make something wonderful. Here are some ideas to get you started!
Request 1 - Back to the Future: The Game
So, I kind of love Edna Strickland! I'm probably in the minority here, so I realize this is my longshot fill. I most adore a happy (though still a little crazy and ah, her) Edna--which is what they gave us at the end of the game, but they skipped a lot of the how and why there. So if you could get into that, I'd love it! If Tannen is not your bag, I've also been curious what would happen if the Citizen Brown version of Doc got his third option to happen: what if he had somehow made it work between her and his younger self that didn't end up in disaster and totalitarian governments? Or maybe he created an alternate timeline where he himself runs off with the younger Edna? What would that be like?
If all that is a little much, something simple with younger Edna at all is wonderful. Other characters I'd love to see are: Marty, Doc (in any version), Arthur McFly, or Trixie Trotter.
Request 2 - Professor Layton Series
My favorite of the series by far has been Unwound Time. So anything around that one would be great, though anything involving things from Diabolical Box is also fantastic! What I would most love to see is something from Claire's POV, but Luke's POV would also be great. Thoughts, reactions, feelings, anytime during or around either of the games I mentioned would be super great.
Request 3 - Legacy of Kain
So this was one of my gateway series into games, and I have played all of them--yes, even the original Blood Omen. Kain is my favorite amoral jackass of all time, so anything that features him (doesn't have to be his POV, in fact I encourage alternate POVs to his or Raziel's) is excellent. I'm actually rather fond of the Soul Reaver 2 to Defiance timeframe if you want a place to start. I kind of ship Kain/Raziel, but that can be completelydifficult platonic. They have such great snipes at each other. Go wild with this, either with a hidden scene or alternate viewpoint on something in the games or just some plain old fashioned AUing--I would probably be happy with anything in this fandom.
Request 4 - 999: Nine Hours, Nine Persons, Nine Doors
I stayed up for nearly three days playing this. I REALLY love this game, this crazy story kind of ate my brain. My favorite character is Snake, so if you feature him I would be very happy! Something with him and Clover, something Snake/Junpei (it was Junpei's long descriptions about how elegant he was and his nickname 'Prince' before they chose codenames that did me in), or something crazy involving Ace would be awesome! Bonus if you can sneak in how June is kind of severely unhinged would also make me very happy.
Hopefully something sparks an idea for you, don't hesitate to send questions through the mods. I'm generally pretty easygoing so have fun!
