So glad I only had one class today, as I feel like crap. I need to go purchase some orange juice before it gets worse. But I don't want to go outside to purchase it, since it's cold. The conundrum.

[profile] first_seventhe, I like short chapters, ha. Threats and proddings apparently work for me. I plead the fifth on any sort of setting/timeline inaccuracies I might make, though. XD FF8 hurts my head sometimes, though, egads.

I need tea, probably. That'll do for now. I love tea, it is the most wonderful and strange beverage ever. Maybe some soup. I think the on the go is still open... yes it is! And totally still INSIDE. Sweet.

Have borrowed Season 2 of Battlestar Galactica from Justin, which is exciting, since my prior viewing of that season was on like, youtube and little things like that. FULLSCREEN WINNAGE.

Nothing much else, mostly just trying to stay healthy and not die. Was re-watching parts of RahXephon, because I was reading a lot about Transcendentalism (true fact: I identify myself as a cynical transcendentalist... try and make sense of THAT) and I always thought that was kind of the point of the series. I should be looking over my lab for programming class, so I can submit it (we submit online, it's heavenly), but I think I'll grab food first.

Well, that was kind of rambly.

If your throat hurts, berry-type teas are the best (mixed berry, cranberry, something light and sweet). If your stomach is upset, try something with mint. Camomile will help you sleep. :)

Moral: Tea is awesome when sick.

I'm going with the mint... considering the type of "sickness" if you catch my drift.

Hrm, perhaps neither time nor place but, there do be meds for that if it REALLY bothers you. I take a lovely little anti-inflammatory drug called Anaprox. Seriously, one pill and I can manage an intense work-out in half an hour. It's like magic.

*apologizes if that crossed some imaginary border in neither time nor place land*

I can't take too many anti-inflammatories. Let's just say I took too many when I was most active, since I had a lot of joint problems (being a jumper is hard on the knees).

I've got stuff I use, most of it is tricksy old wives tale related stuff. I kind of had to learn that, considering I ah, am not (or will ever again be) on the pill. I'd JUST gotten home and hadn't had the chance to get to any of that stuff.

Not to TMI all over. Just a fact. XD
