Oh, hells, if I could convert you to Zell/Ellone it would be made of win. Think about it! Zell has a hero-worship thing for Squall, wants to prove himself; Elle is Squall's sister, needs protection; insert missions and hijinks and some angst on Ellone's part and WHAMMO. How awesome would that be.

Quistis/Irvine didn't fit in a category on my list, but it is also made of win.

Selphie/Irvine will always be my first FF8 official pairing (which means I have a soft spot for them), but I can definitely understand where you're coming from.

Yanno, Squall just kind of is made of fail in that department. TOO TRUE

You've totally written like the ONLY Irvine/Selphie I've ever liked, but that's mostly cause it wasn't a B pairing thing and well, awesome.

And ha, if I ever feel like writing something not crazy metaphysical in FF8, I might write that. XD
