Some more achievements!
Because today started out pretty shitty, so good thing it ended up well. Counting some stuff from the weekend.
Achievements
- I have gone through all the papers in my filing cabinet and what was piled under my desk and taken a bunch to be shredded and sorted what was left in my hanging folder container thing. So, no more bunches of unnecessary papers. Much of it was old stuff from before I could get paperless statements on a lot of things (yes, there was a time) and some of it was paperwork that I wasn't sure if I should get rid of it (answer: yes I could). But now it's out of my life and on its way to be recycled. Yay!
- I started an order for frames for some of my favorite art pieces. This, this, this, and this if you're curious. I have tall ceilings at my new place and the walls are going to be COVERED. So excite. Will take them a couple weeks to be made, so I'm a little antsy.
- I am covering tech support at work while one of my coworkers is out due to family emergency, and I managed not to strangle anyone. XD Granted, I complained a lot. I hate doing tech support.
- I am so close to being done with my sister's dress. I just need to actually sit down and put that zipper on!
- SNAKE VS. TANK. So far the easiest boss fight once I figured out the trick. Mixed up mythologies confuse me though, since I know a lot about them. As does some pseudoscience, so I can live with it.
- I have improved about 400% as far as sneaking goes. I still make stupid mistakes sometimes, but it takes me two or three tries per area now instead of like a dozen. Except for that damn rocket launcher bit. But that wasn't sneaking that was just me not having the best of reflexes. Oh well.
- DEEPTHROAT. Snake is so confused and not impressed. I am highly amused. I like Snake best when he's confused, I think.
- Can't wait to meet more baddies. I stopped before what I thought would be a boss fight, because I wasn't ready for a boss fight quite yet. XD

Confused Snake is probably the best Snake overall. Except when he tries to be savvy... and kind of fails.

The way stealth works in Assassin's Creed sits much better with me. Probably because there's more of a mixture of elements--very rarely is there not more than one way to do things, and there's always a plethora of ways to get out of trouble if you can think quickly under pressure. The AI is also way more realistic and less video-gamey, if that makes any sense.
