Welcome to the beginning

Living! Man, so much has happened lately. Went and saw Watchmen, because sometimes I do go with the crowd (I'm a semi-old fan, kind of like how I got into FF7 fandom like just before the word of Advent Children came out... weird timing, basically). Since all the cool kids write reviews, here's mine:

I'm also a week off on Battlestar Galactica, but that's ok cause Hulu is a week off, and last weekend sucked ass. So I've just seen the episode "Someone To Watch Over Me" and any other BSG fans, plz mark any spoilers for the latest one. Also; my dad and I were arguing over this over the phone. It was hilarious.

( for those that don't care, though, I'll cut the rest )

I was outside a lot and went to the pub with Nanomatt, and made plans for when his girlfriend moves up here. Double date, I can has. It's only 50 degrees Farenheit now, but it's supposed to rain and stuff more and warm up. And my Spring Break (aka; time I get my wisdom teeth out and crash on the fucking couch) is next week! HOLY COW. Time, she goes so fast! RP picked up too, man, no time to breathe! This is actually kind of exciting, ha. And I have Metric's album Fantasies, and it's rockin'. ~~Comment if you want it, I'll send the link.~~

What the Frak?

So I recovered from waking up late after what was likely the most horrific nightmare I've had in months by making food and ah, looking up Roslin/Adama stuff. Because yeah, I'm still amazed that canon agreed with me on that one. God I love those two. Always makes me smile, even if they're likely to kill her off in Season 4.5 and cause me much anguish. Or do even more crap to Tigh. I LIKE MY OLDER FOLKS RON MOORE, PLEASE QUIT KICKING THEM THNX.

And I'm reminded of the "my Adama could kick your Adama's ass" conversation my dad and I had. Ha ha! Multigenerational nerdom, oh my.

Anyway, this lead me to two fantastic fan videos (4 Minutes and The Night Starts Here), an appearance on The View of the actors that showed a very worrying clip (LAURA WTF ARE YOU DOING????) which I won't link, several hilarious speculations (I THINK THAT ELLEN IS THE FIFTH CYLON), and an inability to find a picture to suit the cover of the fst I just made.

So yeah, I had a very dorky time today. And doing some more writing! HAVING HOMEWORK DONE IS AWESOME, DID I EVER MENTION THAT? I also did not venture outside at all today, as there are negative signs involved and that's BEFORE windchill, which around here tends to be a bit severe. I think that's sufficient for getting rid of unconscious mind scar.
