[Art] Lady Edea

Kind of a creepy after-possesion Edea, as I'd imagine her out on a dark night. Her veins are still a little visable and sometimes she finds herself wearing dark purple lipstick.

Yes, I'm aware that she has no nose and the proportions might be a little off. I like doing stylistic paintings, and as a designer more than an artist, this took me WAY too long to look like that. If you can't tell, I adore shadows and lighting probably more than anything else. XD

+ I officially have a single room! NO ANNOYING ROOMMATE YES. Not that I don't mind sharing an apartment with someone, just a room has brought me nothing but grief. It's a freaking small room (8x17), but I really don't care. XD My first choice dorm AND a single. This is good.

+ I barely slept last night and am really tempted to leave early today. Ugh.

+ After I have soup I should have enough time at work to just pound out the last bit of my yuletide fic. This is my problem, I try to write substance when I prolly should write PWP. XD When I should be seeing, "just get them to make out!" my brain interprets that as, "turn it into an indictment of post-high school life!" Graaa.

+ I think I may be seeing The Golden Compass tonight. I don't remember if its tonight or tomorrow night. I hope that was tonight. Because I've really been looking forward to it. I'll probably love it no matter how they handle it, because I sort of like the paring down process that screenplays do from source books. It'll be interesting to see which parts they focus on (if the previews aren't an indication, which I hope, because the previews look awesome).

+ I SAW THE GOLDEN COMPASS AND OMGOMG IT WAS EXACTLY AS I HOPED AND I FORGOT HOW MUCH I LOVED ALL THE CHARACTERS AND THEY WERE ALL PERFECT AND I WANT AN ARMORED BEAR AND LEE'S BALLOON AND I WANT TO BE ONE OF THE WITCHES WHEN I GROW UP--
