Organizational Stuff (Otakoners plz read!)

Alright, so I'm going through the things I need to make and need to bring for people. My evenings are always exciting these days because I'm always making stuff! Anyway, I'm likely to refer to this entry as July approaches, so.

Progressions

I know I shared this link on twitter, but here's the pattern I'm using for the Auron coat. This week I'm starting it, for sure! And there was a sale on plain tees somewhere, so I have the shirt I'm going to use for the whitemage!Cecil costume. And last night I painted the spots on my tights for my Terra costume. Only thing I have left for that is styling the wig and some maintenance on the jewelry (traveled a lot, the beads need re-aligning and I'm redoing the wire for the earrings) and taking the scraps from one of the waist scarves and using it to make a ribbon.

I like being able to make things. I even started altering these blue bottles I kept into FF-type potion bottles. I'll take a picture of the one I did. Hey Ardy, if they all turn out cool maybe I can put some kind of herbal infusion in them and sell a couple? I want to keep the one for myself, but I need to do something with the others when I'm done. I figured I'd ask my local white mage about that sort of thing. XD

And Sev, I found some rockin' charms (I found a gambling set that has things like the NUMBER 7 and a roulette wheel) I'm putting on your asspurse and I think I may have figured out the type of style I'm doing (hobo, yes, I know that's kind of funny). I'm going to make it so it'll sling over your shoulder and can be put down easily for pictures and hold lots of stuff (the ah, point of an asspurse). Like sekrit pockets and stuff.

TP, am I making you a cape? I already plan on bringing extra scarves, because I actually have several. Making a cape is easy, and I have a pattern. I probably even have the cloth already. Just let me know sometime more than a week before Otakon?
