So I've been having a creative week

crankyoldmanIt's always impending doom and being busy that just gets my brain going. And I have two exams at the end of the week. Then it's Spring Break. I blame the fact it's been windy and warmer (except for today, where it's windy and COLD) with my spike in activity (really, like how some people get a jolt from sunlight? I get a jolt on windy days).
Decided not to fight the fact being inlunaticdiscord has me in an FF8 mood, so I've been trying to make sense of that tangled canon (some of the timelines seriously crack me up, you mean that the original Sorceress War lasted a goddamn YEAR? What the hell, game people! This is SILLY.) but then, that's why fanfic is fun, isn't it? So I've been picking at Empire (which is like, all the kids as not kids) and now I've started Hotel (about all the older characters when they're young, SEE A PATTERN HERE?), which is a spoony_bards claim, so it totally doesn't break my declaration of nothing new this year, as it's for a challenge. Yes, I'm slippery like that.
It's fun.And purists can kiss my ass, seriously, SO MANY PLOTHOLES FOR ME TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF.
Also been plucking at some of my other WIPs, plowed through possibly half of the next chapter of Grow Up and Blow Away which I haven't worked on in god, FOREVER. Ha, so sorry if suddenly I post a shit ton of stories, because this comes in waves. Waves of doom.
Since I sort of made a little pledge to write 50,000 this year since compressing all that shit into a month just doesn't work for me, I've been doing a decent job of keeping it coming, even despite getting sick and crap. Then again, theff_kissmeme and the little drabbles in February helped when I was otherwise blocked on other crap. I've also been doing a good job of keeping track of it, with my friend Excel.
Delineated by month.
I should make graphs at some point. XD MAYBE A PIE CHART.
Also been working on Simulation 2 for Vehicle Dynamics, mostly just the conceptual wrangling (because wrangle I must). We're doing transient handling! Which is cool! Depending on my score for the first simulation (as in, if I failed badly or if I passed) I may have to drop the class. :( But I already warned the professor I'll email him over break about the Possibility of Passing. Because I can't dick around with that, even if I LIKE the class. Composites seems to be working out really well, despite the fact I actually sort of fall asleep in class and really just make shit up when I do the homework. It's good making shit up, though, apparently considering my scores.
Thermo exam tomorrow. As long as I don't panic I should be golden. As I really do know this part of it. It's the next two tests that I'll need to pay extra extra attention for.
Aerodynamics still sucks, but I think I'm getting through it. Keep missing the prof's (not the TA's) office hours, because it's at EIGHT FUCKING AM and my earliest class is at 10:30 and hell if I'm on the kind of sleep schedule to be up at 8 am unless I've been up all night.
...This might be the solution. I'd like to know how I did on the first exam! I think I got a C. I just need to avoid failing the next one and I think I can pass. I need to fucking pass it. Gah, I hate midsemester.
Alright, back to programming and random RP stuff. XD Oddly the two go hand in hand quite well.
