Learning something new every day

This is probably my goal in life. Today is full of learning! Yay!

Had a bit of a slow start this morning, because it's Monday and I had no PLANNED meetings that I knew of and I make my own damn hours, so I will totally come in when I feel like it on Monday (I do get ribbed about this sometimes, but good-naturedly).

- I am amused/excited by ice biking. I kind of want to start frankensteining the heck out of my sister's old bike that she doesn't use because she is a loser that is afraid of biking.

- Managed not to have another freakout about not having any big goals (ha ha, no seriously, had a panic attack on Friday over this... I do not like being sort of aimless) so far at all today. This is good!

- Still too chicken to email my old mentor, as I sort of feel a little fail around him.

- There's a lot of cute shoes on sale right now. If only I didn't hate sandals!

- Might do this with a spare set of bike tires. My god, I miss biking so much I am seriously considering going out in the winter for it. This is how bad it is.

- Folk metal is good for searches. I feel like I'm going hunting on the internets. WITH AN AXE.

- Got a meeting set up with a financial adviser dude my parents use after the PROJECT OF DOOM is submitted. Should be interesting.

- Finally got through the last of my packed up from college stuff and have sorted through it. Have some more stuff to send to goodwill. Having gone through that I can turn my attention to the Back Room again.

- Oh and I got my picture taken again for the newspaper. wtf newspaper, I haven't done anything noteworthy with my life yet, stop taking my picture! At least I showered and was dressed semi-nice today (pics later, when I go home). XD
