I don’t know Cecil made me fairly twitchy and my little brother so far on his play through so I’m sure other people find Cecil flawed. ;p
Skeletor from He-man is my most memorable potential villain redemption as he saved Christmas and all. He’s probably as distant from a pretty boy as a male character can get with a dash of backstabbing.
