I haven't been following the FST comm in a while, so it's good to hear that they're picking up again. Maybe I should go poke around it. ^^;
I read Beauty a while ago and I don't remember much about it, but I did like it. Have you read her other Beauty and the Beast retelling, Rose Daughter? Apparently she wanted to re-re-imagine the story, and told it again. Like all her books, it's a bit strange and abstract, but I enjoyed that one (Robin McKinley is one of those authors who I will read no matter what she writes)
And I will totally make you an awesome cosplay sword for Terra.
