All At Once

crankyoldmanI'm still processing the funeral. I was mostly the not crying one making sure the family is ok and disappearing when needed type for the duration of it, and that worked. I feel for Grandpa's girlfriend MJ the most, because she already had to deal with losing her husband and now her later companion (plus, she was THERE when he died). But it was a good service, and the military burial was particularly touching.
In the meantime, keeping myself busy is good.
- Scheduling classes and talking with my adviser for new goals for graduation on Wednesday. Today there was back and forth email for my Plan of Study, hence the exasperated entry when I first got on. Much better now, but I hate my school's online scheduling thing a lot.
- Ohayocon plans are shaping up! Have plenty of stuff to sew or fake-sew, depending.
- I have to do some standards stuff... tomorrow. And I haven't had a chance to look at it yet. Well, I work fast.
- Ha, what, moving back in to school this weekend.
So yeah, that's life.
