Whether it's a lack of nonverbal cues or lack of time to think up a reply or what, I just get the heebie jebies bad about phoning people. I suspect a bunch has to do with my not being neurotypical and my missing vocal or nonverbal things as a result of that (usually because some other damn thing pulled my focus) but either way. Pain in ye arse.

And man that Forced Failure article - if KOTAKU is noticing the tacky shittiness of one of the mentioned games then you know it's got to be pretty sad. Though I should cut them a little bit of slack, they're not always bad and not everyone who contributes is a numbskull [/cid], and they don't have fandomblinkers on when it comes to popular series.
