I've got Third Eye Blind, Tori Amos, Toad the Wet Sprocket, and Peter Gabriel on rotation on my iPhone. I've had My So-Called Life marathoning on my netflix before now. I'm writing a fanfic and dabbling with a poem.

Why the hell am I being 15?

Man, I have got to get out of the area for a weekend or a day or something. This funk is getting weird.

Also, how long do you think that planned "take pics of small town stuff" would take us? Because I have the 26th (a Saturday) entirely off, and the only plans I have is roller derby that night.

And I tend to either hide and mope or wander Hell's Half Acre on my birthday anyway.

It takes two and a half hours to get to Lafayette proper, though I think we'll just stop at Linden, which is about 20 minus outside of Lafayette. If we get going in the morning (...you can drive) it is entirely possible to do that trek and back in a day, especially if we either stagger where to stop or just stop only on the way UP or the way BACK. We could make it back in time for derby no problem. 231 just has a lot of little RANDOM places along that route and every time I go up to Lafayette I kick myself for not having time to stop. Or not having my camera.

Did you know that somewhere along there is where they filmed Hoosiers after all? Can't get any more stereotypical Indiana than that.

So clearly this is a good idea.

Let's do that. I can totally drive: I'll make sure Milady's had her oil changed and tires aired and that business, and I can bring you hot tea or coffee and breakfast? For when you wake up? XD

And maybe we can sit down with a map over my spring break next week and plan our route for max time effciency (MAKING AND FOLLOWING PLANS, LOL: this is doomed to fail XD)

And, yes, I ACTUALLY HAPPENED TO KNOW THAT! So yeah. This is bonus sauce or something.
