+ Got my class schedule all sorted out FINALLY. Damn straight you will take me off that waitlist crap.
+ Today is so insane with calling up programmers and yelling at their edits (makes me wonder if some of them have passed English, with their script changes) that I almost forgot lunch. I'm resisting the temptation to have caffeine. As caffeine and stress are related to each other in my brain.
+ Got my exam back, ah, well, not as amazing as the last one, but still better than most of my math exams. Between the two, I've a solid high C average. Good enough. Need to spend more time on the homework again.
+ Going to be out of the state starting tomorrow, but will probably bring my laptop along and seek refuge. Yay refuge.
+ Tart Noir is so wicked. Though, there was a really WEIRD fantasy-based story in there (dolphin + human =/= mermaid, kthnx). And I have to wonder about the sanity of some of the authors, but that's the point. It's good light reading for in between stressful phone calls at work and I can use it to freak out my mom. XD Oh crime fiction, you will always be my instant gratification.
+ Sketched up some new jewelry designs, I think I'll bring along my kit with me on vacation, since that would be fun to have for when we have down time.
+ Alright, this may sound silly to most of you, but I finally filtered my Thunderbird inboxes. I'd route everything to gmail, but unfortunately I have a school email account for two different colleges, a work email account which means a lot of craziness and spam and not working... well I finally got it to RECOGNIZE most of that crap. So my next step was to create filters, because I found a nifty way to get it to notify me only when certain messages pop up.
Omg it's wonderful. I'm so glad I took the fifteen minutes I would have been browsing to do that.
To Do:
+ Start packing.
+ Hellif I have time, but there are two stories currently in head WIP.
+ Eat some more.
+ Calm down.

Date: 2007-11-21 02:24 pm (UTC)Oh, you tell them. I hope you have fun on your vacation and get some much needed time to yourself. It's always nice to get away from everything and just think for a minute. There's too much noise lately.
... Chick magnet was fun! I got it underneath of her and pushed her into the wall. Her rubbery arms flailed about like jello. Good show.
