Less Time Off

crankyoldmanWell looks like I won't be able to take tomorrow off, since basically everyone on my project teams will be leaving that day and because of this have left me a pretty long list of things to have done by the end of the week in their absence (thanks guys). Probably won't be able to take Friday off either. :/ At least a couple of the developers are in the same boat and it won't be like, New Years a couple years back.
Also, friending meme people, if you're kind of lost when I start talking about work, I have some about what I do in this entry which is kind of my blanket introduction now. XD You are also free to skip my RL relevant stuff as well. I'm just smack dab in the middle of Game Testing Season now, so yeah. Busy.
The Good:
- Last Exile: Fam, The Silver Wing will be waiting for me when I get home. Last Exile is one of my absolute favorite animes (even if there is conceivably no way that Vanships work other than MAGIC) and the fact that there's a sequel series AT ALL makes me really happy. But of course, they had to do me one better and make THE CUTEST SKY PIRATE EVER be the main character.omg she looks like Cid and Shera's kid. Yeah, I'm excited. omg is that who I think that is in episode 3?!
- omg the taco I had today.
- I like the fandom I have been assigned for Yuletide! However they don't have their letter up yet, just a placeholder. XD
- Debating putting up a wishlist. Not that I need things but it is looking to be an especially difficult Goddamn Winter Season for me this year on account of all the stress. It will be thing light, or mostly free except for time stuff, at least.
- Speaking of, anyone want a card? If I have your address, you may just get one anyway. Or something else. Depends on what I got/have time to make.
The Bad:
- Goddammit I want time to finish MGS! And hang with my sister when she's in town! :<
- My mom wants me to stay the night around Thanksgiving, probably because her mild agoraphobia is flaring up again. I have no idea why the idea of that really annoys me. Probably I'm a terrible person, wanting to just come for the day and then leave at the end of the night and do my thing.
- I cannot wait until all this stuff is shipped out for game testing and I don't have to think about it anymore. Since when did my cubicle turn into the mail room.
